It's a good way to start the day

It's also a good way to end the working day

I am going to have to have a medical for the immigration to the USA

Walking most days again

I've gained weight from eating healthier and doing healthy things

Less snacking though and proper food

It's from a bad pancreas

But it's something we'll need to worry about

I've been walking to work and eating healthier

It's made me gain weight

What the hell?

The laptop is so heavy

But it's a good heavy despite the strain on my back

It's a mile each way to/from work

So at least 2 miles walking every day 

Plus what I do on the weekend 

That's pretty good

Wish I could do more

That would be even better

Mom and dad have court cases pending about custody

I have diabetes because my pancreas stopped working

One of those reasons is that I didn't eat enough

I was down to one meal a day here 

Sometimes no meals 

The other is that my body is damaged after being in an accident 

So it's a combination 

This next two weeks I have to eat better and monitor my intake

I have pills to take once a day to bring my sugar down

I might have to have those twice a day 

I don't want to have to inject insulin in my stomach daily 

That would suck 

I'll be ok

I know this because I am always ok

I still don't have internet at my house

Nightmare 

That's a week now

I survive with being at the office

The Lexus was breaking and I needed a car fast

The jag was ok

I'm going to get a truck next 

Sherry went to an MRI yesterday

They found a mass of fat I think on her liver

They will take that away and she will be ok

Hopefully then for herself she'll loose weight
