I went to a cliff and beach

It was pretty good

Scary at the top of the cliff

Only because it was windy

But that's cool

Added to the fun

Then I found a beach

But on it it rained so hard

Omg wow

The rain came from the floor the sky the east and west

In 3 seconds I was literally soaked 

I should have just gotten in the sea

But I dried out

Church this morning 

But I'm so tired 

I could use an extra lay in

Not happening though 

I have to work today as well

Sunday work sux

I could do it tomorrow I guess if I got up at 3am

Wow

The month of July is almost over 

That's crazy 

Gone so fast 

Cool

That just means that we are a day closer to being with one another 

That's a good way to look at things right?

Yesterday Karen at the office resigned 

That's a bad thing 

 A good worker

She's the accounts lady

So we are going to try to make her work a month

She's only given 2 weeks notice 

That's not so good

We've asked for a compromise 

Maybe we can work out something over the next few days with her 

Hope so

If not she'll leave us in a bad spot and we'll sue and she'll get a bad name

Neither of us want that 

Last night I got hungry

I went and I got some Chinese food

It was so good

First Chinese food in such a long time 

Wow

Still have some for tonight 

Sherry and I are well

We are trying hard to get me home 

We both have things that we have to start to get for the attorney 

That's a good idea 

We'll get that done shortly 

I have to get a certified copy of my birth certificate 

That's taken a while 

Hopefully it will be here soon

Plus then some other things 

We'll do well at that

Good to see you on FaceTime yesterday as well

Sorry when at work I can only do 1-2 minutes as on the phone constantly

But can text as much as you want 

My back was so bad last night that I came back and laid on the floor

Fell asleep

That was fun

Getting up off the floor

Yesterday had a meeting with the boss

He found out that some of us yelled at one another the day before

I didn't tell him

As far as I was concerned it was irrelevant 

They let of steam

Oh well

Yep I was mad for a while but over it pretty quickly

But he did what he needed to do I guess

Karen the accounts lady is giving her notice on Monday 

Unless she's already done it 

But I suspect not 

She's gut a job for more money and better hours

I have frozen stuff I can eat as well

The court mediator has suggested to the judge via paperwork that mom and I share legal custody 

That's awesome

That means that you could come here and means that' you are still 100% my children

Made me smile 

The judge doesn't rule on this until 8/29

In other news remember Tara

Well she's started an appeal - filed 6/30 

It's on the Internet 

It has 5 pages in it where she ascertains that prosecutors intimated me

Which they did

They said if I testify for her any further that they'd charge me as her accessory

That was unfair 

All I ever did was out figures into spreadsheets

And they are trying to say that I was he,ping her steal

So I pleaded the 5th (which you'll learn about in school) and I was let out of the trial

I hope she doesn't get the appeal

She's ruined our lives

That wasn't her intention. - don't think that, but it was the result 

We'll be back together soon

She's found some nice homes

Not sure we can afford some of the homes she's found 

But omg they are so nice

I'd just got in a fight with two people at the office

I was so angry with them

So I hired someone else above her and she never got promoted 

Immigration is going

She we'll buy an asset in the USA (likely Texas - so,as her son will rent from us) and I'll have property there - which means I can show assets in the USA 

That's pretty cool

I'm happy with that

The attorney aid that the ban that I thought was 5 years is 10

That's a hardship 

Crap

Now I have to realize that If Sherry comes here she'll basically make the hardship case for us void

That's going to be a shame 

She's not going to want to wait

It could be another 6 years before I can get home at all 

I've asked the consulate to confirm my ban

As they'd (in the immigration office) always said 5

But the law does say 10

So we fight harder with the waivers and try harder

It's going to be a lot tougher with Sherry being mad as hell and not able to be here

That's a lot longer
