I went to 173 yesterday

But after grandmas meal I am at 176

I think I need to walk more

Unlikely I'll ever do that 

I forgot last week I had blood tests

They haven't called so I assume everything is ok

Who knows

I better check that this week

If it was bad they'd have called me

My Friday was ok

I ended up helping grandad with the garage door

But we couldn't figure out 

It's bent and we couldn't repair it 

So he'll need to call someone out

How are you?

What did you do yesterday on moms day off

I hope you went someplace great

And had a good adventure 

That's what should happen

I had the afternoon off

It was fine

I had to help granddad 

He needed wood for the dining room

And he needed the Q to be able to fit it in 

So we did that 

Then I went for a drive and a walk

I found a place that I'd been before but that I enjoyed waking in 

It's called Newlands Corner

I did a mike and a 1/2 so I was up and over 5 miles

Sweet

It was a little wet but the grass felt great on my feet 

Enjoyed it 

Then I came back

I saw Girl on the Train 

That was a sad movie

Wow

But enlightening and I am so glad that I am not in a relationship that is that toxic

I also texted Sabrina

That was nice too

She's found a place that I can take you guys next year as well

I miss the beach there

She is the one who I showed you the picture of 

She's got two boys 

Dominic (10) and Ethan (6)

I hope it's ok to talk to her

I revised some of my immigration stuff yesterday 

It does really look like I have a 10 year ban

Which is drastic 

But that means I'm 1/2 way through the wait 

I hope once that's over I can get home at least for a visit 

I'm going to try to get further with the paperwork though 

I need to come home and be with you

I'm not forgetting my only goal I promise 

I haven't had the credit card bill yet

But I am guessing it's pretty expensive

I didn't manage to save anything from my last paycheck

I did get some groceries on Monday but spend only $20

So not too bad and I don't think I need anything else for a week or so

When Sherry divorced me she took away the way that I was coming back

So I am now back to where I started 

I have to re-apply

I'll be asking for a raise at the office 

But even the it won't make a difference and that's assuming I even get one

Which is highly unlikely

Oceanside is wonderful 

It was amazing to have you here for 6 weeks

It was odd to sleep alone last night

But I did eat dinner and I have had breakfast as I promised I'd eat

Today (Saturday) I will go back to check on my shades in Cobham

I'll also go play with Temba for an hour or so as Laura is out for the day

We've been to several places over the weekend 

That was a fun time 

Last night after work we went back to the park 

Fed some foxes and chilled out

our food was ok too 

Not quite what I'd hoped for 4th of July but that's life

But once out you were much more lively
