The short news is that you'll get 8 weeks next year with me

I did say I'd pay for mom to come as well

So that's all good too

It's in Texas

That's quite far from you 

But ... It's a rental income property and we'll be renting it out immediately 

We have someone who's agreed to rent it

Did mom tell you we had a court hearing yesterday?

It was when you were in school in the morning

The judge agreed with the mediation person 

So if you want 

You can visit at Christmas 2 weeks

You can visit in the summer for 6 weeks

Mom will come with you the first time 

If you need / want her to 

Daddy will pay 

That's not cheap but my children are worth every penny 

So good news

Plus we have joint legal custody: mom has to tell me about school and medical and you can email and call me whenever you want - mom must ensure you can do so, plus I can call you on birthdays special occasions and every Sunday 

So a good case for us

I'm not saying mom didn't want any of this as well

She did 

And she agreed to all of this as it is the right thing 

So I'm proud of her and happy that we have an agreement

Aunt Sherry is ok

She needs surgery on three hernia's 

She's delaying it as she wants me there to take care of her 

But that's not happened yet 

I think she should go get it done now

Thank god it's Friday

What a long week

Especially long when you are sick

I think I have an ear infection

I only think this and don't know it 

I'd have gone to the Dr but they are sick too and couldn't see anyone

Oops

I'll try again this morning 

If not well I'll need to get better myself 

As its a holiday weekend and they will be closed until Tuesday 

Work is ok

Arduous 

But ok

I have a meeting with the new guy tomorrow 

He's been slacking somewhat and I need to reign him in and make sure he's ok

I heard that he had another job offer

So just want to know whether he's planning on staying or going

Have to do what is right for the company not just the person

I've been walking to work each day for a while

It's good 

I get about 3-5 miles of walking Monday > Friday 

Not too shabby 

I do 8+ on the weekends depending on where / when I go places

I pace in the apartment when on the phone with Sherry sometimes

Gets the exercise up and running 

Good for me 😎

How is school 

Work was ok

I've been sick this week

But I think I nailed it 

Ear infection 

Last night I thought my ears were really itchy so I used a q tip

The wax was black

Good sign of something not right 

I was thinking of selling photographs that I take 

But given no one ever gives me enthusiasm or gives me so much crap for ideas

I might likely never get off the ground 

Sherry always finds an issue with a site that I find to host / sell via

Mainly that they take 15% - she like everything thinks all web sites should be free 

Oh well

It was a ludicrous idea anyway 

I also need to start this save money for tax in Dec / Jan 

Plus I need to start to save $ for you coming here in the summer 

Plus Sherry needs $ for moving / buying a house etc 

Life guys 

It's just one thing after another

The day yesterday passed 

I didnt break down

4 years since being removed to the uk

It's a long time

It was a horrible day

But

I heard from grandma that she is sick again

She's got something in her airways that could be cancer

That's a bad thing to know

They are giving her steroids to help unblock the airways 

Hopefully she will be fine

Granddad wanted a Starbucks 

That was nice 

Unfortunately that also meant I didn't get to eat last night

No big deal

Not like it matters if I miss a meal 😎

Sherry noted that I did a calculation for the custody court wrong

So I might end up paying slightly more 

That's fine

It is what it is 

I can't change that

She's also likely mad that I didn't have as much time with her as usuaL

But that's circumstances 

She'll get over it

Oddly enough I heard from Phil

He is married to Mary Ann

She sided with Tara back in 2012

She is still siding with Tara

Phil thinks T is getting out of jail

I know she's appealed her case

I thought it had only been filed recently 

Maybe I was wrong and it was filed before 

But anyway she could be out soon 

That's disappointing 

I guess she deserves to see Kate and Hayden as much as I deserve it see and hold you 

But she's seen both of them frequently the last few years

Dave would be happy and Frossi if she returned that's for sure
