Did mom tell you we had a court hearing yesterday?

It was when you were in school in the morning

The judge agreed with the mediation person 

So if you want 

You can visit at Christmas 2 weeks

You can visit in the summer for 6 weeks

Mom will come with you the first time 

If you need / want her to 

Daddy will pay 

That's not cheap but my children are worth every penny 

So good news

Plus we have joint legal custody: mom has to tell me about school and medical and you can email and call me whenever you want - mom must ensure you can do so, plus I can call you on birthdays special occasions and every Sunday 

So a good case for us

I'm not saying mom didn't want any of this as well

She did 

And she agreed to all of this as it is the right thing 

So I'm proud of her and happy that we have an agreement 

I hope you are as well

I've woken up and feel quite sick

I'll get over it I hope

I think likely from the rain on the beach on Sunday 

But who knows

Just feel so tired all the time 

And this morning I'm sniffing as well

Never mind I have to go to work
