I hope all is well

I hope you are having a good time

How are you sleeping

I am doing ok

Yesterday was a doctor and dentist day

Doctor has doubled the medicine to get the sugar out of my system

It's diabetes and it's quite bad 

Sugar levels should be 35-45 mine is 139

Oops

It's not what I eat or even the size of what I eat 

It's my pancreas that's not producing enough insulin 

That's not good

So hopefully the doubling of the medicine will help

The dentist was better news

Teeth are fine, just need a cleaning 

That's good 

Teeth cleaning booked for August 

Yeah 

Next Wednesday I should get better internet 

That would be even better 

Can't wait 

Haven't used the tv since I moved - one month

Haven't really used the Internet that much 

It's just so slow

But that's life 

Sherry's daughters mother in law passed away yesterday

That's hard for the family 

Hopefully they'll all be ok

I do t k is if they will have a wake or a funeral 

Work is ok

Hectic

I do t really like going there 

But that's life

I should start to look at doing something else 

But what

I really like taking pictures 

Oh the doctor said I was slim

That's a bonus

But I don't see that to be honest 

I always see Shrek when I look in the mirror

I miss you so much 

I can't wait to see your smiling faces and listen to your laughter 

Everything is about you 

It's all that keeps me going here 

I should get the car back later today 

The loaner Benz is awful 

I do t like driving it at all

But on a good note I walked 6+ miles yesterday 

Today I won't walk at all 

I got wet in the rain storms yesterday as well

Oops 

Oh well
