Good morning Sebastian & Kaitlin
A year ago I was using a pencil to write to you; today free
I sit on the bed in the apartment in London!
Thankfully free, unfortunately here in London, without you.
Hope you are ok.
I miss you both.

I woke this morning and had a big nose bleed, indeed it is
still bleeding as we talk.
That’s 10 minutes after the event!
Darn.
I don’t know what the heck happened, but I don’t like it!
Oh well; unfortunately I got blood on the sheets and the
comforter.
I’ll clean that tonight.
Went walking last night after work – will try to walk 1 hour
per day after work.
I am going to go to Brighton on the weekend, to watch some
friends run the marathon.
