Good morning Sebastian & Kaitlin

How are you both?

I hope well.

I saw Grandma and Granddad yesterday as well as Nikki and Oliver.

It was O’s birthday.

Thank you for the text that you sent him.

That was so nice.

Grandma reminded me to tell you that she loves you too.

I know that you know.

I hope that you realize that Daddy did not leave you, I was forced to go.

I should not have been in America anyway, I over-stayed, but then I had you and Kaitlin and I could not leave, and did not want to leave.

When the Police found out they took me away and made me come back to England.

Now I am not allowed to return to the USA for 5 maybe more years.

It is never a case that I do not want to be there with you or that I do not want to see you.

I miss you every second of every day

I walked up a giant hill yesterday, my legs hurt this morning but I think the muscles in my legs are getting firmer!

That will be a good thing

I sometimes think about running but then I realize I look like a retard running!
