I hope you are well

I hope you had a good birthday 

I was missing you so much 

I still am

I am so sorry that I am not there with you 

I wish it were different

I have just had a review of my case

It looks better than I thought 

But it is still arduous 

I will need to get married and file the 601 visa

That's what has to happen next 

I think in January I will go get married to Sherry

Then we'll have to prove the hardship for her 

She has some medical issues and that will make a huge difference 

But it's not cut and dry

Even after the marriage it will be another 6-8 months before the consular office makes an appointment to see me: and then Sherry will need to be interviewed as well.  Joy 😢

Everything is worth it if they agree I can come home 

If they don't (even after I'm married) then I am at the same juncture but we've spent a great deal of money.

It is then that I would have to go and reside in Mexico to be at least on the same time-zone as you both 

I truly miss you

I truly with all my heart love and cherish you 

I wish I was there and this never happened

But it did 

We will fight and we will preserve
