Hi 2-1-18

Hi

How are you
I hope all is well
I hope you had a good day 
I hope you are having a good week

I’ve lost 3 pounds this week
Wow
I’m eating much healthier 
Home cooked meals
But no cereal, no milk etc
Almond milk instead or oat milk
Either are fine
Anyway doing well

The problem I have is that at 230 I’m awake every day
By 8pm I’m exhausted
But 9pm I’m asleep
I hope I can recover to a normal sleep schedule again
God it’s tiring 

I miss you
I love you

I hope school is great
I hope you are great
I hope you learn lots of stuff
I hope mom is ok 
How’s her boyfriend
Does he know your names yet?

Hopefully I’ll get to speak to you again this weekend
It’s what I have to look forward to each week
