I didn’t write yesterday as I was rushing to go see Keila
We met at 7am
Plus Eric (San Diego)called me
That was nice
He was on Oceanside and remembered
Good way to start the day
I went walking yesterday
Did 10 miles, did 8 on both Friday and Saturday as well
So that’s a good weekend worth of mileage
I have a walking thing for charity in 2 weeks
A night walk around London
Can’t wait
Fun fun fun
It’s not timed so that’s good
Plus it’s night so cold and damp
So will walk quicker
May even be best barefoot
It’s 10 miles I think

I am out off to Cornwall on Thursday - staying for the weekend
I have a client meeting there Friday at 9am which is nice
So I have to leave Thursday
Eamonn wants me to go to work Thursday morning
I think I’ll tell him I’ll work from home until around 11 and then head off
That’s fair it’s a 6+ hour drive
I’ll need to stop to stretch my legs and don’t want to drive too much in the dark
I helped Dad on Saturday
He needed stuff taking to the dump
I helped Madelaine to (from work) she has a nice place in epsom
She also has the cute dog you’ll love and an 11 year old son
You’ll like him too
They are cool
