I saw grandma and grandpa yesterday
They are ok
The house / garden looks good
Grandpa is working on building an extension for the kitchen
He loves to do that stuff

Each day is harder and harder and it takes more and more effort to get up and get out of bed

Yesterday one of Kim's friends killed herself
That's awful
She (Kim) walked in and and found a friend dead
Gunshot wound

Kim is the lady that works at the garage cleaning company

The guys at the office called me fat
I noticed that I am a little extra heavier
I will start to do squats as well as the walking or alternate the exercise each day
I need to loose the stomach fat
Shame that I let this happen
But I do like junk food
