It was 3am here here when you called and I did not hear the phone

I really miss you and I love talking to you
I saw grandad and grandma last night
I got the picture of K with the dog - great picture K
Mom hadn't uploaded that one to Facebook
No matter
I have the picture now
Made me miss you
Even more than normal
Made me sad (again) that I miss so much of your lives now
That I am not there daily for you
It's that which is very harsh for me
I wish I could be there every day
I hope you wish that too
I know you have to adapt and make the best of what you have and what you can get
But without you my life is empty
Hope today is a good day at school
