Hi 

how are you both?

How was school?

Hope you had a good day

Work was ok yesterday 

A couple of nasty grams and the like but that's ok

I went hiking yesterday 

It was awesome

Got great pictures for you to see

They are on the usual shutterfly web site 

But

I fell

I have twisted my arm really bad

I can't hardly move it 

Everything hurts to touch 

I think it's sprained

I just took pills 

I did manage to sleep a little but it hurt all night 

Can't face work like this so have taken the pain pills to help me 

I might have to leave early 

It's that bad

I think sleep and rest will just help me 

Who knows

I might need a doctor 

Darn it
