The B's are enjoying San Fransisco and Sacramento

I walked about 17 miles yesterday
Wow
It was far
Some on the beach so flat and some on the mountain
That was an arduous climb
But well worth it
Maybe we'll go climbing near the ocean soon
I did catch some sun from the wind
So that's great news
Happy now

Today (later) I will go to Putney and walk next to the river
That should be nice as well
Then just come back to the apartment and chill
This morning (just now) I found a giant beetle in the bathroom
Disgusting
It's outside now
I don't like killing them
Or anything else for that matter
Was a surprise to see it though
I did get a my feet wet yesterday on the beach
That was nice
It's always nice to get your toes in the water
No matter how cold the water.
I still have a cough
I got 1/2 way up the mountain yesterday and the coughing started full on
Wow
That was embarrassing
Hate that
Usually I can run up those things

Being sick isn't fun at all
