Had a massage last night after work 

Wow

That hurt

Still hurts this morning

When they showed me how I stand and carry myself I look so bad

So sad

Anyway I'll have to do something about that 

I need to straighten up

I'll go see a chiropractor next week

They offered that as a promotion 

So for $25 I'll get 4 treatments 

Not bad

The massage was just $35

Lasted one hour

She only did my upper back and shoulders 

Today I can barely move

But that was expected apparently 

there was lots of tension and knots 

Yuck

Felt so "yucky"
