yesterday I went to a place near the ports 

It was cold, windy and damp

But fun

Took some good shots

I also fell on the rocks

Have hurt myself but I should be fine

Twisted and sprained my left arm

That's the one I used to steady myself and stop a plunge into the ocean

That would have sucked

More than spraining my muscles 

What did you do this weekend?

Other than stay with Benton etc

I know it's not the same but it is close

I'd love one of those again

But an Escalade is better 

As it will hold us all 

Much safer too 

Weird though sitting in the mustang was like being home

I have started to drink the water with flavoring at the office

I like water

I like flavor better 

Don't do it with each glass but it does make it easier 😎

I got Gatorade on the weekend

I miss Gatorade 

It's so delicious

And a couple of Snapple drinks

The Tesco (store) by my house sell it as its a big military area

Lots of American's there

It's not cheap but for England not so bad

I make 1 bottle last 2 days at least
